1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, purchasing, downloading or using any template, file or service provided by Leloji Templates ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not purchase or use our products or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the buyer", "the customer", "you") and Leloji Templates.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our products or services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Products

Leloji Templates sells ready-made, pre-designed website templates built using HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript. Each template is a static website that can be uploaded to any web hosting provider without the need for a database, backend or server-side programming language. The buyer receives digital website files only — no physical goods are shipped.

Templates are designed for small businesses, freelancers and entrepreneurs who want a professional online presence quickly and affordably. In addition to template files, we offer three service packages: Template Only, Customised Website, and Complete Setup. The exact scope of each package is described on our pricing page and in these terms.

3. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a template from Leloji Templates, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, lifetime license to use the template files for your own personal or business website. "Lifetime" means for as long as you continue to use the website — there are no monthly or recurring fees.

One purchase allows use on one website only. You may edit, modify and customise the template files for your own use. If you wish to use the same template on multiple domains or for multiple clients, you must purchase a separate license for each use.

This license does not include the right to resell, sub-license, redistribute, share, transfer or otherwise make the template available to any third party in any form. The template files remain the intellectual property of Leloji Templates at all times. See our License page for the full license text.

4. Prohibited Uses

The following uses of our templates are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your license, without refund:

• Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the template files in their original or modified form, whether for free or for a fee.
• Sharing the template files on any public platform, including file-sharing websites, GitHub repositories, social media or forums.
• Uploading the template files for free public download on any website.
• Using the template files as part of a competing product or service (i.e. building your own template-selling business using our code).
• Removing, altering or obscuring any copyright notices, watermarks or attribution credits present in the original template files.
• Claiming the original template as your own product.
• Using the templates for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory or otherwise objectionable purpose.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Leloji Templates website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Indian customers are charged in Indian Rupees (₹) and international customers are charged in US Dollars ($). Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but the price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you complete your payment.

Indian customers pay through Razorpay payment links. Razorpay supports UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking and popular mobile wallets. International customers pay through PayPal using any major card or their PayPal balance. We do not store your card or banking information on our servers — payments are processed securely by Razorpay and PayPal.

After successful payment, you must click the "Send Payment Confirmation" WhatsApp button on the template details page and send your payment ID, template name, email address and a screenshot of the payment. This step is mandatory for manual verification before file delivery.

6. Manual Delivery of Files

Files are not automatically downloadable after payment. We use a manual digital-file delivery process to prevent fraud and unauthorised distribution. After we receive your WhatsApp payment confirmation, we manually verify the payment in our Razorpay or PayPal dashboard, and then send the complete ZIP file via email or a private Google Drive link.

Delivery time is usually within 30 minutes to 12 hours, depending on the time of day and the volume of orders. Orders placed during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM IST) are usually delivered much faster. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email within 12 hours, and message us on WhatsApp if needed.

7. Customisation & Setup Services

For the Customised Website package (₹4,999), our team will customise the template you have selected by replacing the logo, text content, contact details, WhatsApp number and images with your own. This package includes basic customisation only — it does not include adding new sections, new pages, new features or significant layout changes. Customisation is charged separately unless explicitly included in a package.

For the Complete Setup package (₹9,999), in addition to the customisation mentioned above, we will upload the website to your hosting account, connect your domain name, set up any contact forms to send messages to your WhatsApp or email, and provide seven days of post-delivery support. This package does not include the cost of the hosting account or the domain name — you must purchase those separately.

8. Hosting & Domain

Domain names and web hosting are not included with any Leloji template or package, except where the Complete Setup package explicitly mentions hosting upload and domain connection. "Hosting upload" means we will upload your website files to a hosting account that you have already purchased. "Domain connection" means we will point your existing domain name to your hosting account. We do not purchase hosting or domains on your behalf unless separately agreed in writing.

9. Images & Demo Content

The images, text, logos and other content displayed in our live demos and template previews are for preview and demonstration purposes only. They may need to be replaced with your own licensed images before deploying the website for your business. Demo images may not be licensed for commercial use by you.

When we deliver the template files, the demo images may be replaced with placeholder images or watermarked versions. You are responsible for sourcing, licensing and uploading your own images. We recommend free resources like Unsplash, Pexels and Pixabay for royalty-free stock images.

10. Support

Support depends on the package you have purchased. The Template Only package does not include any support — you receive the files and the setup guide, and you are responsible for uploading and customising the website yourself. The Customised Website package includes support only during the customisation period. The Complete Setup package includes seven days of support from the date of delivery, during which we will fix any bugs or issues related to the original template and our setup work.

Support does not include adding new features, new pages or new sections to the website, integrating third-party services (other than WhatsApp), or making significant design changes. Such requests will be quoted separately as additional customisation work. Support is provided via WhatsApp during our business hours.

11. Refunds

Because our templates are digital products that can be copied, downloaded and reused, all sales are final and non-refundable after delivery. Refunds may be considered only in the following specific cases:

• The wrong file was delivered (and the correct file cannot be provided within a reasonable time).
• The file is technically unusable (corrupt, broken layout that we cannot fix).
• The seller cannot resolve a genuine technical issue with the original, unmodified template.

12. Intellectual Property

All template files, designs, code, graphics, text and other content provided by Leloji Templates remain our exclusive intellectual property. The license granted to you under these terms is a license to use the files — it is not a transfer of ownership. The Leloji Templates name, logo and brand are trademarks of Leloji Templates and may not be used without our prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leloji Templates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of our templates or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific template or service that is the subject of the claim.

We do not guarantee that our templates will be free of bugs, errors or security vulnerabilities, or that they will meet your specific business requirements. You are responsible for reviewing the live demo and the template description carefully before making a purchase. While we follow industry best practices for security, we do not claim that the website is 100% hacker-proof.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our templates or services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
