By using our website or services, you consent to the collection, use and processing of your information as described in this policy.

We collect only the information that is necessary to process your orders, deliver our services and respond to your enquiries. We do not collect more data than we need, and we never sell your data to anyone.

• Contact information: Your name, email address, phone number and WhatsApp number, when you fill in our contact form, send us a WhatsApp message, or email us.
• Business information: Your business type, business name, and any details you share with us when requesting customisation.
• Order information: The template you purchased, the package you selected, the price paid, the payment date and the payment reference ID.
• Communication records: The content of your WhatsApp messages and emails with us, so that we can provide continuity of support.
• Technical information: Your browser type, device type, approximate location (city/country, derived from your IP address), and the pages you visited on our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following specific purposes:

• To process your orders, deliver template files, and provide customisation and setup services.
• To respond to your enquiries, questions and support requests via WhatsApp, email or any other channel you have used to contact us.
• To verify your payment and match it with your order before delivering the files.
• To send you important updates about your order, such as delivery confirmation, customisation progress, or schedule changes.
• To improve our templates, services, website content and customer support.
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues, fraud, abuse or any activity that violates our Terms & Conditions.
• To comply with our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

4. Payment Information

All payments on Leloji Templates are processed through Razorpay (for Indian customers) and PayPal (for international customers). Both are PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. When you make a payment, your card number, expiry date, CVV and other banking details are entered directly on Razorpay's or PayPal's secure payment page — they never touch our servers and we never see or store them.

The only payment-related information we receive is a payment confirmation, the amount paid, the payment method used and a payment reference ID. We use this information solely to verify your payment and deliver your order. We do not store payment data or customer card details on our servers.

5. WhatsApp Communication

Most of our customer communication happens on WhatsApp. When you click any WhatsApp link on our website or send us a message on WhatsApp, the message (along with your phone number and any details you include) is processed by WhatsApp and its parent company Meta, according to their own privacy policies. We receive the message as a regular WhatsApp chat and store it in our WhatsApp chat history for support and reference purposes.

If you do not want to use WhatsApp, you are welcome to email us instead. We will not send you promotional messages on WhatsApp without your consent — all WhatsApp communication is initiated by you or is in response to your enquiry.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

Leloji Templates does not use cookies for advertising, tracking or third-party analytics. Our website is a static HTML, CSS and JavaScript website and does not require a login system. We do not set any cookies that personally identify you.

Some of our templates (such as the Ecommerce template) use browser localStorage to remember the items in your shopping cart. This data is stored only on your device, in your own browser, and is never transmitted to us or any third party. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

7. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise monetise your personal data. We will share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With Razorpay or PayPal, to process and verify your payment.
• With WhatsApp and email providers (such as Gmail), to deliver messages between you and us.
• With our hosting provider, where our website files are stored (this does not include your personal data — only our website code).
• When required by law, court order, or government authority, to the extent permitted under applicable Indian law.
• In connection with a sale, merger, or acquisition of Leloji Templates, although we will notify you before any such transfer of your data.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we follow industry best practices, we cannot and do not claim that the website is 100% hacker-proof. We will notify you promptly in the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Specifically:

• Order and payment records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.
• WhatsApp and email communication is retained for the duration of your support period, plus 6 months, after which it is deleted.
• Business information shared for customisation is retained until the project is completed, plus 30 days.

You have the right to access, correct, delete and opt-out of certain uses of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 14. We will respond within 30 days.

12. Children's Privacy

Leloji Templates' products and services are intended for businesses and business owners aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe we have collected personal data from a child, please contact us immediately.
