1. License Summary

When you purchase a website template from Leloji Templates, you are granted a single-site commercial license. This means you can use the template on one website or one domain only, for your own business or for one client project. The template files remain the intellectual property of Leloji Templates.

This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, and valid for the lifetime of the website on which the template is used. There are no monthly or recurring fees — you pay once and use the template forever on a single website.

2. Rights Granted

Under this license, Leloji Templates grants you the right to:

• Use the template on one website or one domain only.
• Edit, modify and customise the template files for your own use.
• Use the template for your own personal business website.
• Use the template for one client project (if you are a freelancer or agency).
• Replace text, images, logos, colours and contact details with your own.
• Upload the template to your own hosting account.

3. Rights Not Granted

This license does not grant you the right to:

• Resell the template files in their original or modified form.
• Redistribute the template files for free or for a fee.
• Share the template files publicly on any platform.
• Upload the template files for free download on any website.
• Use the template on more than one website or domain.
• Claim the original template as your own product.
• Sub-license, rent or lease the template to any third party.
• Use the template as part of a competing product or service.

4. Permitted Uses

You are permitted to:

• Edit the design and layout of the template for your own website.
• Replace text and images with your own content.
• Change the WhatsApp number, email address and contact details.
• Add or remove sections as needed for your business.
• Use the template for commercial purposes (selling products, services, etc.).
• Host the website on any hosting provider of your choice.

5. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your license, without refund:

• Reselling the template as a standalone product.
• Redistributing the template files on file-sharing websites, GitHub, or any other platform.
• Sharing the files publicly or with multiple users.
• Uploading the files for free download anywhere on the internet.
• Removing or altering copyright notices, watermarks or attribution credits.
• Claiming the original template as your own creation.
• Using the template as the basis for a competing template-selling business.

6. Multiple Website Usage

One purchase allows use on one website only. If you wish to use the same template on multiple websites, domains or client projects, you must purchase a separate license for each use. Bulk license discounts are available — contact us on WhatsApp for details.

7. Ownership & Copyright

The template files, designs, code, graphics, documentation and all related content remain the exclusive property of Leloji Templates. Copyright remains with Leloji Templates at all times. The license granted to you is a license to use the files — it is not a transfer of ownership.

The Leloji Templates name, logo and brand are trademarks of Leloji Templates and may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. Support & Updates

Support depends on the package you have purchased. The Template Only package does not include any support. The Customised Website package includes support during the customisation period. The Complete Setup package includes seven days of support. Future updates to the template (if any) are not guaranteed but may be provided at our discretion.

9. Demo Content

Images, text, logos and other content displayed in the live demos are for preview purposes only and may need to be replaced with your own licensed images before deploying the website for commercial use. Demo images may not be licensed for commercial use by you.

10. Termination

If you violate any of the terms of this license, your license will be terminated immediately, without notice and without refund. You will then be required to immediately cease using the template and delete all copies of the template files from your devices and hosting accounts.
